		<description>Interesting article. From my point of view I would say that when I receive a brief I would love to know a bit about client expectations of the website. How many contracts break down after the initial design phase because of the &#039;Psychological Contract&#039; being broken. So often the client will trawl the Internet looking for the cheapest designer and then complain massively when the design doesn&#039;t include 12 months of SEO work post build. I think it is very important to lay this stuff out prior to commencement, it saves disappointment and can help to maintain the designers reputation in the long run.
