IGM Investmore customer support system

As an organisation with a large number of paying customers, IGM Investmore needed an internal customer support system through which their customer support staff could log and track customers’ issues, and manage any aspect of the customer account.

Whilst a glossy front-end was not as important for this project, the main priority was to design a highly usable and intuitive user-interface which could be taught to and learnt by customer agents with minimal effort.

This is achieved by using advanced JavaScript and AJAX technologies to create a user interface which can be navigated without any new pages needing to be loaded.
